SOHO DESIGN STANDARDS
SoHo Champagne Condominums' suite designs are characterized by spatial efficiency and an abundance of natural light through the SoHo Wall-to-Wall and Floor-to-Ceiling Windows©. Note the window area vs the suite area and you will find that SoHo condos have maximized the ratio of windows to floor area. The condo floor plans are beautifully proportioned and well balanced. Kitchens feature a generous island for storage and quartz countertops. Gluckstein designed kitchens feature European appliances with concealed fridge and dishwasher. Bathrooms are marble and feature a stall shower with rainshower head and handshower.
